In a pharmaceutical facility the building services are part of the process. Air cleanliness, pressure differentials, humidity and the quality of water and steam are specified, measured and audited, and a weakness in any one of them can hold up validation and production start-up.

How we deliver cleanroom projects

Plan the scope against the standard
We define the scope, deliverables and applicable technical standards, including GMP requirements, before design coordination starts.

Coordinate before installing
LOD 300–500 BIM models and multidisciplinary clash detection resolve conflicts between ducts, pipes, cable trays and equipment on screen, before they reach site.
- 03
Test, balance and qualify
Air and water balancing, commissioning coordination and qualification support connect installation quality with readiness for operation.
Standards and compliance
Engineering is coordinated around the cGMP, SFDA and other requirements defined for each project. Where a facility must be qualified, we plan DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ documentation and execution support together with the client and their validation team.
Pharmaceutical experience in the Kingdom
Our Saudi pharmaceutical references include Hikma / Al Jazeera Pharmaceutical Industries, Unicare, the National Pharmaceutical Factory, Tabuk Pharma and Saudi Bio. The Hikma Pharma penicillin plant renovation (1,300 sqm) was a fast-track project completed in 20 days.
